hmmmm looks interesting, but how much damage do you do? I'm just really preparing for red baby dragon hat setup and excellion suit set.

 

Couldn't tell ya, I have access to better gears.

 

Anyway, I don't think Red Baby Dragon Hat is worth it if you don't have access to a Kiel since you would only have 70% delay reduction without HWHB. With 89% delay reduction you would be able to cast nearly 3x as much in the same time frame, not to mention it'll feel way smoother to play.

Medical Scrubs = 10%

+9 TGL (EA2/EA5/6)=20%

+8 Gwiber Skin = 12% (INT/DEX 120 Each)

Temporal Dex Boots (EA1)

Fairy Leaf Powder X2 =15%+15%
