Don't card it at all for any reason.
Right now there is no current or future card that could be of use, if it were they would have told you. The effect of the headgear itself is quite nice. So for the time being, leave it uncarded.

Thing is, its already Acute Level5, 50% crit.
And when I compared it to my +15 Eddga Hat, the Eddga Hat deals more damage about 12k each crit difference.
My Bio5 HG is upgraded to level 8 only, I still have room to make it +14 thats a 6% boost or so damage.
Its like I need to make above Level5 Acute enchant in order to top that Eddga hat off. which is going to be a lot expensive than getting +15Eddga hat.
sigh, little bit disappointed here. and this thing is account bound.
