I am starting the game again after being away from it a couple years. I am now playing on a laptop
How can I change the screen resolution to 1366 x 768?? I also have windows 10 64 bit

You can change your client resolution to anything from:
Open ROSE Online Patch Client > Click 'Settings' in top right > Select 'Video' > Screen mode: Windowed; Screen resolution: Choose from list or Resolution: Input any resolution.
