Hello there,

I've compared all my running Software with a friend which doesn't have any problems running Dragon Saga and I'm still having problems running the game.

As I start up and logging in into my character, I receive this error.

Following type of tools are detected by the game and raise such error:

AutoHotkey (and derivates), Macro Tools, Memory Editors, CheatEngine and similar tools, TeamViewer, Windows Remote Desktop (and similar tools)

Disabled my TeamViewer, still not working.

I don't use any others of the named tools.

Hello Guys,

 

I have the same Problem.

I can start Dragonsaga > I can choose Charakter > after 4-5 Sek InGame i get the 3rd Party Error.

 

My Try:

- Deinstalled Autohotkey, Cheat Engine and Teamviewer (just to be sure)

- Whitelisted Dragonsaga in Bitdefender (as program and networkaccess)

- deaktivated Steelseries Engine (for my keyboard, headset and mouse)

 

Havent more Programs open.

 

Is there a log where i can see the problem?

*Edit have a separate program running with the name phbot. Is for a separate game called Silkroad. Everything works if I start the phbot only after logging in the Dragonsaga character.

Regarding to Popcorn in similar topics:

 

- disable windows remote control (if it is running it will trigger the same message)

- get rid of any memory editing tool (tools like that are not allowed to be in DS)

- get rid of any tool that is similar/works like autohotkey (tools like that are not allowed to be used in DS)

- in case you are usingmacro recorder, get rid of it

 

 

- not entirely sure if  this gives the same error message but just in case you could check for virtual machine tools and get rid of them
