I accidentally exchange may Red aura max hp1 can the GM retrieve it?

I think you need the Costume Retriever NPC for that

Ouch, for that please send in a ticket to the GM staff.

Provide the following:

• Briefly explain the issue.
• Full name of lost item with the enchant (do not abbreviate)
• Character name
• Server 
• Date/time of when the issue started
• Name of NPC that ate your item and the retrieval request.
• Any other you find necessary.

 

The staff  will check logs and process from there.
