SuperNovice Class why the Nerf?

Hey guys, I just want to say that I have played the game since it started having this class, meaning long time ago.

 

And while I'm happy it wasn't just left with first class jobs now that all the classes got updates...

 

I'm sure everyone knows the game aint easy to play for high levels while using one, but about the nerf I mean is the following:

 

When u receive a supernovice spirit you do get to wear stuff you normally cant, meaning some level 4th weapons and every headgear, and while u need to get soul linked to do it, the nerf comes as hmmm u get to a city or used your butterfly wing, or just say u go to eden quest to go gramps...

 

if u were equipping said items, those are simply now not with u... and have to equip them again, yeah you were soul linked a few seconds ago, so you should still be able to... nope u are stripped from soul link status too

 

I kinda can bear that dying is enough penalty for this to happen, and even then is hard penalty because the way it is jus stripping you out of said items already equipped (as you got buffed), is like the game is asking to keep the soul linker with u all day and that isn't simply happening I mean. nobody is gonna keep you buffed all times u need this and follow u your maps so you can keep those items on, not to say gramps warp maps the soul linker may not even have the level to get in there and buff you.

 

If my recommendation would be is once the SuperNovice has already equipped something let it stay all day long, even if he dies and stuff, If you wanna make it enjoyable that is.

 

And strip the equips if to follow the trend only after a logging off character or when they exit the game if needed be. I mean Supernovice joy comes from the customization it gets at hand while playing it and surely it isn't game breaking when the third classes already are what most people play anyways.

It's a feature not a bug. Changing zone is the same as logging out.

It is the same in every link-buff. The buff get lose, when you change the map. That have some reason for this feature (woe,pvp,instance)

Just to make it clear the problem si not about loosing the buff that can happen all times and there is duration for it anyway.

 

Problem is that even with the fact that you have already equipped said items (thanks to the buff), you will loose them as soon as that map change thing occurs making pretty much that benefit into a needing stalking buffer.

 

and thats no fun, one thing is to bring a new class for exactly giving benefits to classes, but there is no real gaming upgrade or portability, if it ever was intendeed to be.

 

So keeping the items equipped in the novice slots should be respected as he never took them off. I insist on this because those items stay on the supernovice even after the buff duration is over, and only happens when changing maps.

Then learn Korean first and bring this up to kRO. kRO develops, wp only publishes the game.

Took kRO 6 years to give some love to Ninja and Guns (and next year we are getting behind again)

 

Took 7 Years to give Taekwondo some love ( '' '' '')

 

About SN, Gravity killed this class, sadly they can't ever wear temporal boots.

Doesn't each sphere add 3 ATK?

If not for the BS limitations SN would be the Godly char next to Sura. Then again, Gravity doesn't like the idea of an OP noobies.

I hope they will implement Meteor strike[2] (next ocp?). It's very taxing for skill points but the reward bonuses are too good to ignore. Super novices will be still below average even with this item compared to 3rd job classes, but atleast it will boost their offensive capabilities and fun playing this class

the current superr novice is pretty good at killing low lvl mvps with auto cast build actually, due to the insane bonus on valk knife and hammer for novice class.
Lunar rainbow+10, mbscarf combo, 4 element autocast valk knife, mad bunny, HBP/FAWspell with cenere/raydric/nightmare ancient mummy-if u have enough aspd with felrock boots, felrock boots(+9-12)/devil worshipper shoes, magician gloves and magical ring/ring of resonance for agi up.
comes with sufficient selfbuff too.

celine brooch combo for mobs is good, but you need magician+magical ring to do significant damage to MVPs.

I been wondering that weapon too. Its either valk knife or valk hammer. But it all depends on having lunar rainbow and mob scarf.

 

Then for shoes its either pororoca(water) or devil worshipper(fire) depending on what im fighting in scaraba case it should be devil worshipper.

Alright. I have rough idea on what to build on. Thx

But doesnt celine brooch gives more bonus dmg to mvp? Is the dps from that magic procs greater than the bonus c.brooch gives?

it doesnt give bonus dmg to mvp without celine ribbon. You need lunar rainbow to do the bulk of the magic autocast, so you can't wear celine ribbon. With most MVPS having pretty significant mdef, magician glove is a must, while for the other slot, magical ring i feel gives the greatest boost in bolt damage for one item without combo.
