Just wanted to know did they changed any status with Rodex? Can't seem to send anymore mail. it says "Daily mail sending limit has been exceeded." .__. need to send prize guild event </3

Hello there,

Users may only send 300 mails per day, also there is a known bug with the stamp counter dropping to one. 

 

• After the stamp counter resets at midnight Pacific time, the mailbox must be (re)opened before sending any mail. Failure to do so (for example: accessing RODEX via the friend/party window, or opening the mailbox before midnight and waiting until after midnight; and then sending mail) will cause the player's stamp counter to drop to one.

Mails. I thought it was a normal 5 mail with attatchmetns a day limit so we dont send items all day trough mails.

Tested text based mails, and mails with attachments we were able to send more than 6 mails with no issues.

Please check the stamp counter next time you get the issue, it might be the bug mentioned here.

I justa checked again and I still have a limit, after 5 or less mails if I intent to write one more mail it will answer on my general chat box:
Daily mail sending limit has been exceded".
It happens with all of my acc. And it happened since day one so I thought it was a normal feature.

What's the stamp counter at when the message pops up?

 

It might be that there is a restriction in place, however I am not aware of any currently. Will check again.

IDK what stamp is sorry.

I know there is saying 0/300 in my rodex window.

and I know it's saying I can't send anymore messages.

All right, basically 0/300 means you have 0 stamps therefore sending mail will not be possible.

This is the bug as mentioned in my earlier post here.

What would count down the stamp? Bc I swear I only sent some obb today and some other items between my acc, but never 300... I checked another acc, and I was sending mail like normal, counting down one by one. But sometimes I am in dungeon with same acc I'm testing right now and I could never send more than 5.

Are you sending the mail from party window?

From friendlist, sometimes I use it just to open the rodex and then I rewrite the names, but mostly I sent dungeon drops to my merchs from friends log. Sry for asking too much but I really thought the limit was 5 mails

You will need to open RODEX (use the icon for this) to avoid the bug, at least once between the reset and sending.

Sending mail through friend/party window is not opening RODEX.
