yes, any workaround with this?
cant login with any of my accounts in any server, do i have to unlock some ports or something?

chaos, this starts today when i reinstall the game after backup my computer

i reinstalled the game by the new downloadmanager on playragnarok

Please see this:
 
On the ID/Password screen, hold and scroll Gravity black bar to the bottom, there should be a serial number hidden underneath (most bottom right of the screen).
For Renewal client, this week's serial number is:

If there is no serial number or the serial number is different then the client is not updated.

 

Let us know how it is at this point so we can move forward with the troubleshooting.

cinnamon, the game updates everytime i open it

 

can it be because the dlm installed the game on the c path?

let me wait to reupdate the entire game to try

If the client is re-downloading updates then please visit this post, follow suggested solution #4 [The updater is constantly reinstalling recent updates].
