There's any problem w the support? It's already 10 days without any reply =(

Normally they take like 2 days to reply my older ticket, I thought thats kind weird

By support you mean the ticket response? In that case, 10 days aint even long enough at all, it is expected to wait 2-4 weeks till you receive an answer from them.

yea, but it is kinda weird cuz they take way less than that in my older tickets, but okay, if its common to take more than that I'm ok

Unfortunately 2-4 weeks is norm nowadays for most ppls but there is a trick that Id like to share with you. When you select from the dropdown list for Ragnarok online server, choose 'Re-start: Odin' instead of 'Renewal: Chaos'. Then you will get much faster response from WP, likely to match the 2 days wait time as it happened with your ticket.

Response times have improved, please PM me the ticket number.

If it's payment then we will need to wait till Monday.
