Attention! Due to the Thanksgiving holiday this week, Ragnarok Online will be performing maintenance on all servers on Tuesday, November 21.

There will be no maintenance on Wednesday.

 

Updates

• The maintenance period will be between 10:30AM-5:00PM PST for all RO servers (Classic, Renewal and Re:Start). We will be taking the servers down one at a time. There will be in-game announcements as to when a specific server will be taken down. ​
• Black Friday sales will go live! You can buy a lot of the Costume Boxes and Silvervine for discounted prices in the Cash Shop!
  • All Re:Start costume boxes (except for the Garment box) will be available once again and cost 90KP each
  • A box of 1000 Silvervine will be available to purchase for 900KP
• 4 day Free VIP Event begins!
  • Between 11/20-12/07, you can claim 4 days of free VIP on your account! Just go to the Power-Up page to claim your free VIP!

*Silvervine System

What is the silvervine system?

• The silvervine system is a way for players to gain access to item mall items and unique quest items through in game play or trade with other players.

How do I earn silvervine?

• The silvervine cats will offer a serious of tasks that can be completed for a silvervine. In V2 Silvervine can also be purchased with zeny (limitations apply).
• Silvervine Boxes can be purchased from other players that have purchased them in the item mall.

Wait what were those limitations?

• Characters will be limited to the amount of silvervine that can be earn during the month. Currently the plan is that each character can earn about 100 silvervine per month. Silvervine will be account bound so characters on accounts can pool their silvervine earnings. We will be evaluating how silvervine is earned and used to see if we need to change the system.

What can I use the silvervine for?

• Enriched/HD Ore and almost everything that is currently in the item mall.

What will you change in the future?

• Silvervine will be used to complete headgear event quests and some interesting cosmetic option quests we have planned for the future the future.

Aren't you worried about bots?

• We will be monitoring the bot situation for silvervine and adjust the system as needed to meet the needs of the server.

Power Up page is working, some users have experienced slow response on it recently, switching browsers and/or clearing internet cache can make it better. The staff is aware of the issue and they are working on it.

it was an event quest item, so no, it won't be in any of those boxes.

A server maintenance involves more than that

Such as checking database integrity/health and performing usual servers and hardware check ups. Generally, works that would assist in maintaining performance of the servers for the week.

What is the deadline to donate to the extra life donation and still qualify for the costumes and vip

In pervious years u have allowed donations for like a week or 2 after the actual stream and still gave out the costumes etc, can we get a confirmed deadline
