in weapon test when i complete created Humma shadow and it's appear on screen, but when i open inventory i don't see it anywhere, so i can't equip and change job quest anymore, please fix this

Was your inventory full at that moment? Be aware that the maximum amount of unique items one can carry in the inventory is 100.

 

Edit:

Please check if you can backtrack and recreate the weapon at the Melting Metal step.

i was checked,my inventory was in 5380/5570 so i can carry item with 100, and crafting tool said " dont really need it now",NPC is said im dont have item in inventory, so i cant recreate anymore

There is also an "invisible" limit of 100 different item stacks.

ex1: You can carry 100 Cotton Shirts, but when you try to pick up a 101st it won't let you even if you have a lot of free weight available.

ex2: You can carry 99 Cotton Shirts and 1 Jellopy and pick up as many Jellopies as your remaining weight limit allows you to, because all Jellopies go to the same item stack.

the point is crafting tool now cant recreate anymore and i dont have weapon to upgrade and equip, if this bug cant fix then i must create char again

tranhoaitrongbl, to address the issue please send in a ticket to the GM staff.

 

When sending the ticket choose Ragnarok Online as department > Item related issues.

 

In the ticket specify clearly the issue and that you did not get the item from the quest. Link in the fan wiki quest guide and the step with the issue.

The only explanation to this is having too many items in the inventory. The staff will analyze and see about restoring the bugged item or other viable solutions.

 

Make sure to plug in your character details, account, server and any other detail you find necessary.

Once the ticket is submitted you will receive a ticket number, send me that number in a private message please
