tranhoaitrongbl, to address the issue please send in a ticket to the GM staff.
When sending the ticket choose Ragnarok Online as department > Item related issues.
In the ticket specify clearly the issue and that you did not get the item from the quest. Link in the fan wiki quest guide and the step with the issue.
The only explanation to this is having too many items in the inventory. The staff will analyze and see about restoring the bugged item or other viable solutions.
Make sure to plug in your character details, account, server and any other detail you find necessary.
