Is it Rodex eating gears?

I Rodexed myself a +15 holy crimson katar 2x AK that i made it yesterday, i checked the character, name, level and job properly. IT was all right. I attached the gear and sent it, but ive never received it. 

I sent a ticket and they told me to wait 15 days, and see if the mail would return... because they werent able to solve my problem.

15 days without my weapon, without leveling or doing instances. 

Is it so hard find a solution for my problem? Srsly?

RODEX has been known to make things disappear.

if you dont retrieve the things in time it will basically delete 'em :T

And lately i can see that the support team only helps when we're posting the problems on forums. So much trouble and hours could be avoided if they had solved my problem before.
