If anyone is looking to have a brewer, this video explains a bit about good sucess rates.
 

 
Important things to have:

• Maestro: At least Lv99 with Marionette Control and Harmonize Maxed.
• Maestro Base Stats (Raise over 80 if got reductions for more than 10+):
  • DEX: 80+X
  • LUK: 80+X
  • INT: 50+X (only for Geneticist)
• Maestro Guild Leader (or a Guild Leader near) with Sharp Gaze Skill maxed (+5 DEX).
• Homunculus: Vanilmirth with Instruction Change Maxed.
• Biochemist Max Job Level. 70 Job.
• Biochemist build with DEX/LUK fixed to 99 after sumatory. My build at Base99:
  • INT: 69+7        = 76
  • DEX: 85+14    = 99
  • LUK: 88+11     = 99
• Gears mentioned on video. Also can be improve with two Sapphire Wrist, High refine on King Poring Hat, Valkyrie Armor with LUK+3 Enchant and Baby Leopard Card, higher LUK and refine on Giant Faceworm Snake Skin.
• (Optional) Cracked Buckler. You have to gear this at the start, get all the debuff (Harmonize included), then Marionette Control and gear all the positive gears. Once the negative buff gone, you will get the plus stats from Maestro's Skill and base stats.
• (Optional) Siroma Icetea (+20 DEX for 5min) Recommended for large amount of condensed white potions to make.
• (Optional) Petite Tail Noodles (+20 LUK for 5 mins) Recommended for large amount of condensed white potions to make.
• Alt Classes:
  • (Optional) Dancer / Wanderer: Gypsy Kiss for SP cost reduction.
  • (Optional) Paladin / Royal Guard: Battle Chant Skill Effect (Chance to boost all stats +20)
  • (MUST) Priest /  ArchBishop: Gloria and Blessing (prefer AB, higher Lvl for more bonus on Clementia).
  • (MUST for Condenseds / Bomb Brew): Linker IN party with Alchemist Spirit: Unlock Spiritual Potion Creation (requires other classes)
  • (MUST for Condenseds) Super Novice / Super Novice Expanded: In the same party as brewer and linker, brewer on link unlock Spiritual Potion Creation (variant 2)
  • (MUST for Acid/Grenade/Alcohol) TaeKwon Boy: In the same party as Brewer and linker, brewer on Link Unlock Spiritual Potion Creation (Variant 3)
• (Optional) Enlarge Weigh Limit (Gym Pass x10) So you can carry even more materials
• (Optional) Green Maiden Card on a garment +0. More negative points means more Maestro can give through Marionette Control (need more maestro's base stats) Needed only at the start, the same way as Cracked Buckler.
• (Optional) Darklord Essence Force3 in as many gears as you can. More negative points means more Maestro can give through Marionette Control (need more maestro's base stats) Needed only at the start, the same way as Cracked Buckler.
• (Optional) Black Thing. -10 All Stats. Use it the same way as Cracked Buckler.

Gears Detailed:

• Top Headgear:  +9 King Poring Hat (DEX+5, LUK+5) OR  Valentine Heart Hairband (AllStats +7)
• Mid Headgear: Ancient Elven Ears (LUK+10)
• Low Headgear:  Four Leaf Clover in Mouth (LUK+3, AllStats +1 if VIP is activated)
• Armor: Any Slotted armor, Top armor:  Valkyrie Armor (AllStats +1) Card: Baby Leopard Card and Enchanted with  LUK+3
• Weapon: Excalibur (DEX-1, LUK+10) / Top Weapon:  Ephemeral Mjolnir (DEX+50, STR+20) (Obvious, intented to not use godlike items, but its the best)
• Shield: Any slotted and light shield /  Silver Guard Shield (Nothing in special, just a light shield) with  Zealotus Card (LUK+2)
• Garment:  +9 Giant Faceworm Snake Skin (Special Luk,  LUK+5,  LUK+5 or any closer)  Green Maiden Card (LUK-5, Additional LUK equal to refine)
• Shoes:  Crystal Pumps (LUK+5)
• Accesories:  Emerald Earring (INT+5, DEX+5) Zerom Card (DEX+3) / Top Accesory:  Sapphire Wrist (INT+5, DEX+5, LUK+5, Additional INT,DEX,LUK equal to Aid Condensed Potion Skill Level)
• Costume Top:  Costume Tarnished Lamp (LUK+10)
• Costume Set: Free Shadow Set, AllStats +3, every piece gives +1 to certain stat, for a total = AllStats+4

Why to fix at 99 status base?
Maestro Harmonize can reduce up to 30 points. Marionette Control can adds the half of Maestro's base points and the limit its Target's Points up to 99. If the target have in total 80+11 Luk, Marionette Control will adds only 8 points.
Fixed all stats at 99 and casting Harmonize, will reduce -30 All Stats. As result, Maestro can adds up to 30 Points to target.
Putting Cracked Buckler before and any card with status reduction (Like Green Maiden Card) Will result in an addition from the maestro once the negative buffs and equips are removed.
Having 80 base DEX/LUK on Maestro, means it adds up to 40 points. 
 
Negative sumaroty:
-30 Harmonize
-5 Cracked Buckler
-10 Black Thing (Optional, with this, maestro should have at least 90 DEX/LUK)
 
As result, after harmonize and negative buffs goes away, you can get up to +45 on status.
Results post in the video above. I didnt use Black Thing on it, was not necesary.
 
This is intented to have a good rate with no godlike items, near 95%~98% on Condenseds, 100% on Bombs and other stuffs (Blue Potion brewing too)
As Geneticist, 100%~120% on +20 Foods (you get from 10 to 12 foods per 10 material set), 8 to 9 Special Pharmacy Thorn Plant Seed per 10 sets.
Tried the set on GX with almost nothing on luk, still good rate.
 
Side Notes:

• With the optional, its viable reach 100% sucess rate on condensed white potions, wich is the hardest thing to brew.
• Optional Stuffs used on the video:
  • Enlarge Weigh Limit (Gym Pass x10)
  • Gypsy Kiss
  • All the not marked as optional

Reached 100% on condenseds as mentioned, plus +20 DEX/LUK Foods.

The basic is get as many points as maestro can give. Maestro is fixed to give as many as the half of its own points to the target.

 

If you have 99 after sumatory in stats, Maestro will give 0 points to you. Having 90, it gives 9 points. The thing is use temporal negative buffs to get more points from the maestro. Fixed at 99, using black thing and harmonized, your stats will be 99 - 40 points (-30 Harmonize, -10 Black Thing). So, maestro will give you +40 points (if it has 80 base points). After harmonize and black thing effect gone, your stats will come back to 99 and maestro still giving you +40 while marionette control last (indefinied while its near of you), your total will be 139 points.

 

The example is consider Cracked Buckler (-5 points), Black thing (-10 points), and harmonize (-30 points). If the negative sumatory is 45, means the maestro can give up to +45, for wich needs the double points (90). source of how it works here. 

 

More negative buffs means more points you get from maestro, and after all those negative buffs gone, you will get all of em as positive points from Marionette Control.

 

The Max marionette control can give as many points as you need to reach 99 after sumatory, and as many as the half base points from Maestro . 120 base dex means you can get up to +60 from maestro if you have 39 dex after sumatory.

The moment you double click black thing, it shld drop your stats. Choose a stats and observe it.

great guide indeed, i always find it a drag to setup and my brewer stats are a mess, i saved a cracked buckler and i need to clear up all of the crafting mess that is my storage so i'll be using this to double check my setup XD, thanks.

Getting 12 items on every single use requires pretty much close to 300 on every single stat :X

but i think 7-8 item already give profit to brewing like hp sp celemine (not food i mean) if u need more stat just go to poison spore  mob wait til lucky day proc then brew food
