How would this suite a PVP build for a maxed out level 79 Shadow Runner?

drop those sr melee skills or only take if needed as filler for magic silence skills

use those points to get ht

but dude you will never even reach 79 as sr so build it for lower lvl imo.

For me the best skills for SR on 2nd job is LRWM, Silent Terror, Explosive Arrow, Sniping...

Poison malice 1.. drop that...

You can put 5 points on hometrust to save or stop peoples.

At the rate this guy is thinking of builds he'll never reach 79 lol, aim for 65

Max HT
9 Stealth (110% increase isnt that much thats why you DNA dash)
5 Dash (max DNA)
5 Retreat
Max EA (Your choice put more DoT and Duration --- Annoying in FoC ^_^d)
Max PA
Max QA (2 Dna optional unless you want to rebuff every 2 mins)
Max Forti
Max Long Range Mastery
Sniping? (doesn't affect skill range does it? max it anyways, when you chase you need the little extra distance to finish that kill =P)
