the traps Put those points in the stun or wherever u want

Leave traps, max your long range stun, and put rest to Poison Bomb Fire. Maybe it sux for pvp, but its still good for PVE, you can buff ppl on raids or whatever.

So those 11 points on Explosion Trap and Guided Trap; should they go into putting Uppercut to 10 and Shock Firing to 9?

Shock Firing to 7 only
and u dont need more than 5 stealth detection coz of current lvl cap
with s1 mh 4/6, s1 belt with -5% and s2 glowes u can have even 7 in sniper coolness

lvl 60 skills only go to lvl 7

do what styx said, since trap sux now and once you max all those important skills put rest in uppercut i guess

Drop traps, max PBF..

If u are at cap lvl, uppercut can be good at 5 and nothing more (it can be useless at high lvls)..

Escape is great at lvl 10 for certain tactics, but i really don't like that maxed...

Put more points on shock firing...
