when i select my account with the + sign no options appear to choose vip package i have 3 accounts and two of them work fine but one of them does not give me the window with the vip options

Hello,
If the account was created through Steam then Steam client is required to make KP/VIP purchases on that account ID.

yea thats what it was very old account forgot it was steam
