This event will only count towards spent KP in game from December 1st till December 15th. So if you spent 1k points on December 4th then you should get a headgear, the headgear can be collected through Code the Redeemer by the fountain in Prontera city.

i spend 1,5k KP Points on 04.12.2017 but still nothing....

How come there is no KP offers through steam, just 30day VIP and nothing else? Would spend a little on the game but your setup wont allow me too, steam users cant even change WP to KP on the site... Even after having a support ticket Im just told everything looks fine on RO's end and steams end, clearly something is messed up.

The rate is TOO LOW  to be attractive. The original HP heal of a carrot is 18 ~ 20.

The account payment options are probably restricted due to security concerns, did you mention to the staff in the ticket if this can be relaxed for your account? You may PM me the details if necessary.
