Hi There, i charged WP energy and converted it into gems on Ragnarok J account then when i was turning it into diamonds via the browser i had some sort of bug and it has just eaten my money basicly. i got nothing....

 

has anyone else had this problem? obviously i have made a ticket i am just wondering if anyone else knows anything about this problem?

so, i charged it up again and went through the process again (coz im an idiot right...) however this time it worked. i am still down 1500 WP however so there is still some sort of bug or something wrong.
