I tested my +9 Flapping in NCT and there is no bonus. Any idea why?

Tested with what? It indeed works. Unless you are using a normal flapping angel wings instead of happy flapping angel wings

It is Happy, I tried it in NCT with and without. There is no bonus.

Happy Flapping Angel Wing works well. Been using it for a week on my gx. Seems like yours are made in china? Lol

Test it with and without the happy flapping angel wing and you'll see the difference.
