i can have no problem on level 4 element monsters? like poisons4, shadow4, wind4 etc.. cool i stick to this weapon then

Then it's even worse. He's essentially paying double (katar+rose) just to have decent damage vs shadow element mobs. It's a bit understandable though if he bought it due to lack of supply in Thor.

I think he bought a +10 wind katar and just upgraded it to +12 easily because of the mad bunny event.

Wind is OK if you don't mind using poison conversion and other elemental converters. You'll have difficulty with shadow, sure, but can supplement that with another weapon, the blue rose, or a friend (alt) to aspersio.
I wouldn't put AK cards into it, personally, but then you can just decard them later if you truly feel the need.
