I quit Renewal around the time Mora was implemented.  Now I'm sort of casually dabbling in the game, making a Ranger from scratch.  Still a Sniper, soloing TIs like the loner I am.

 

I bought a few OCP 7 and 10 (was hoping for a Mob Scarf lol, of course not) and didn't really get anything good except a Luminous Blue Stone.

 

Current equips:

 

Upper: +9 EMH, +9 Mercury Riser, +11 CEB, +9 RWH (probably all outdated by now)

Mid: Pegasus Ear Wings

Lower: Well-Chewed Pencil, CD in Mouth, Clover in Mouth

 

Weapon: +9 Elven Bow (not sure what card to put in it)

 

Armor: WW suit

Garment: +9 FAW (what's the best enchant: Expert Archer, Fatal, or ASPD?)

Boots: Temporal LUK boots (Speed of Light, Expert Archer 4)

Accessory: Luminous Blue Stone

Accessory: WW Brooch

 

Costumes: Just a Tarnished Lamp.  Also Boy's Cap for that sweet bonus EXP.  The Shadow Costume stuff seems kind of expensive and I can't stand relying on lootbox RNG.

 

Current budget is 1 bil, and a bit more if I could sell my stupid +9 Backpack anytime soon but I guess nobody wants those anymore :/

 

What are some must-haves that won't break the bank?  I was thinking of getting the White Eddga Hat, for starters.

Get a bako tat for 2nd accessory, could probably get it at 500~600m if lucky. The other item you want is a Bio5 Ranger Headgear, there are loads of guides on how to make one, just +6 it for now. And when the next enriched comes get it to +10, then eventually +12. It is the better headgear to invest into atm.

 

Try enchant your WWS with Sharp1/2. FAW enchants depends on what you lack, but Fatal > Expert Archer in terms of damage due to how No Limits works.

 

Temp Luck Boots are fine, though try get HE/LD versions.

Thanks!  I was looking for the Bako Tattoos but they shot up in price suddenly.  Seems like they're in high demand, too.  But I'll definitely keep an eye out for a good price.

 

Wtf, those Bio 5 headgears are insane.  At least it's attainable in-game rather than being stuck in an OCP.

Yep, on a low def mob during HE Proc my Warg can do 20~50k depending on if I use Mild Wind or not. If they ever make Bio5 enchanting not retarded then I would do it, which would then make it the uncontended best in slot headgear for auto warger rangers.

Wouldn't it depend on which enchant you have? I mean, if you have a good enchanted bio5 headgear (like acute 6 or more), shouldn't you focus more on your "arrow" damage?

I think sometimes people underestimate how good a Warg is :U, with the right investment and buffs you can do 60k+ on a Warg. Yeah bow damage is great, but you get it for 1 minute at a time. For every other time, it's nice to have a super powerful warg.

It's good damage when you are in a party, I don't find it that great when solo since you deal with needing to hit things, so it means if you don't kill fast enough then BLEH.

AB only really shines in party (strings) and you can fully gear for damage. It does the job solo, but doesnt feels 1% as good as in strings.

I have a +12 Bio5 Hat

I'm using an +12BxB Sharp/Sharp with 2AK and an +9 With 2 Droseras

 

My warg deals something near 13k damage (I was thinking it was already really good... but 60k+?)

I have no idea what gears I should have to increase it

Mild Wind, Def bypass, nything that adds additional skill % and weapon upgrade.
