That would be nice :p_love: :thx: , the one that you present already looks nice. It just I would prefer +7 bonus to give slight boost of 10% (any mecha skills should work) and the cooldown reduction to other skills so mecha can diversify a bit in its build (prefer axe boomerang) :heh:

 

How about reducing the Power swing cast delay? :(

I think about that too, but it will indirectly be preferred more than the bio5 in the long run.Welp, idk if it's true but that what i think will happen. And also the axe boom would be more nice as it allows axe mecha to have a long ranged skill dps but with gear-limited.

It makes SSS have no fixed casts, so to be compared to the likes of PP but for magical builds.

 

Comparable to PP in cast only. The advanced magic skills are arguably useless compared to the other branches. Still, it's a nice headgear.

Atk + 20

Matk + 5%

Reduces the cooldown of ^0000FFKunai Explosion^000000 by 2 seconds.

Adds a 3% chance of casting ^0000FFLevel 1 Exploding Dragon^000000, ^0000FFLevel 1 First Wind^000000, ^0000FFLevel 1 Lightning Jolt^000000 or ^0000FFLevel 1 Snow Flake Draft^000000 on the target when performing a magical attack, if a higher level of this skill is known, it will be cast instead.
If upgrade level is +9 or higher,
Increases the damage of ^0000FFExploding Dragon^000000, ^0000FFFirst Wind^000000, ^0000FFLightning Jolt^000000 and ^0000FFSnow Flake Draft^000000 by 10%.

Increases the damage of ^0000FFKunai Explosion^000000 by 20%.

 

Focus: Build Extension and Build Enabling.

 

It boosts the efficiency to use KE for physical builds, and provides an auto casting effect for magical builds (mainly to suffice while charms are still bugged). It will be reduced in terms of proc chance or even overall effect should charms ever actually be fixed.

 

 

 

Should be something like,

atk +5%

matk +5%

max hp +2% per refine

Max sp +2% per refine

 

Throwing portion:

1% ranged atk per level of dagger throwing practice known,

increases kunai explosion by 4% per level throw kunai

increases swirling petal damage by 4% per level of throw huuma shuriken

increases kunai splash by 4% per level of throw kunai 

At +9 increases range damage by 10%

 

Magic Portion:

Increases damage of Exploding Dragon by 10% per level of flaming petal known

Increases damage of Snow Flake Draft by 10% per level of freezing spear known

Increases damage of First Wind by 10% per level of Wind Blade known

Increases Magic damage by 1% of ninja mastery known

At +9 increases magic damage by passes 10% of mdef, increases Damage of release ninja spell by 10%

 

Physical Portion:

Increases the damage of shadow slash, cross slash, and soul cutter by 2% per level of right hand mastery and left hand mastery known. (20% total for each skill)

2% aspd per level of shadow warrior known

At +9 increases physical damage +10% to all races, killing stroke damage +10%

I think we all want over powered gears for the classes we play as well be able to obtain them. Majority of the classes out now do not need a specific class hat, which makes me wonder why this thread was even posted. I recall the original Inu head gears were to help players use skills and try new builds that were not "Meta." Which in this game playing unorthodox builds is pretty much pointless if you wish to be competitive in any way.

 

The idea behind my hat is to help Kagerou and Oboro with the widest brush stroke trying to encompass all 4 builds at the same time, I do admit it is over powered, and giving those who cannot afford the billions in gear to make ninja feel a bit more heftier, while giving those who are extremely well geared the ability to be competitive against those heavy hitters in MVP and PVM.

 

i'll gladly revise my idea and make it simpler. Thank you for the constructive criticism.

Very Normal Hat

Reduces the cast delay of ^0000FFTriangle Shot^000000 by 60%.
Increases long-ranged damage on targets by 5%.
If upgrade level is +9 or higher,
Increases the damage of ^0000FFTriangle Shot^000000 by 30%.

 

Focus: Build Extension.

 

This hat has been focused to provide some fun for Shadow Chasers using Triangle Shot. There have been other proposals suggested for Reproduce, Feint Bomb and Back Stab; if the hat doesn't turn out to be very practical or fun during testing then we can re-focus it again.

 

 

Human Ear Beret or Pom Pom Headband (Doram)

All Stats + 3

Reduces the fixed casting time of ^0000FFSilvervine Stem Spear^000000 by 100%, if ^0000FFSpirit of Land^000000 is at maximum level.
Aspd + 5, if ^0000FFSpirit of Life^000000 is at maximum level.

Increases the recovery rate of recovery skills by 200%, if ^0000FFSpirit of Sea^000000 is at maximum level.
If upgrade level is +9 or higher,

Increases the duration of ^0000FFStoop^000000 by 4 seconds.

 

Focus: Build Extension.

 

This boost all three skill trees based on investing heavily into them. It makes SSS have no fixed casts, so to be compared to the likes of PP but for magical builds. It heavily boost healing rates so that not only will Shrimp Party do some decent healing, but allows support dorams to use the likes of a Vitata Card for single healing and by proxy let it actually do a decent amount for a singular heal. It also provides a flat aspd buff for picky peckers. The stoop bonus is a nod for leveling dorams, since stoop is a vital skill for it.

 

 

my suggestion on this:

 

very normal hat should also remove the cast time for TS, since it's a means of alternative training method for lowbies (low flee and low dex)

 

doram hat is fine for magic type there, but i think we can do some good tweaking there

-remove fix cast of svspear with max spirit of land

-remove cast time of bite and increase its dmg by 300%, with max spirit of life

-increase stoop duration by 4 seconds, with max spirit of sea

if upgrade is +9 or higher reduce lope cooldown by 4 seconds
