It was around 2.30AM and I absolutely forgot that the system doesnt care what RTEs i have in my inventory.

 

The Violet fear NPC took my +13 RTE with 3 true seyrens instead of the empty one to make a clean Violet Fear..... it's one of my favourite weapons and I'm very anxious about losing it this way.

 

Is it recoverable? How long will it take? I have submitted my ticket and can send you my ticket number. help!!!

I really think just a ticket would help more than an additional forum post.

you have a proof? i doubt it now it can restore. last time i have a proof SS of the following but they dont give me what i want. so i stop assuming.

Just ticket, it will be restored, they will for sure say it's case by case, ask you to be patient and wait for a follow-up, that they may restore as long as it's your first time, future restorations are not guaranteed, etc etc but they will.

They don't need snapshots when they can check the logs. They restored my gtb valk and a few other items that were taken by Eve Natalia, so unless something has changed in the last 2 years I would be really positive you'll have your rte back

NPC also took my Serah’s right earring, but GM said they can’t help me. I think if you are a paid player then they are more likely to help you.

It is just thesame as selling it to an npc so they probably can restore it.

Yes, please do send a ticket, the staff should be able to assist.

The NPC checks for the item's ID regardless its upgrade and if carded or not.
