Billing team says that they will deliver the codes today. The moment I get them we will start sending out the emails.

Codes will finish being mailed out tomorrow. Billing team didn't provide them until extremely late in the day and were sending emails by hand.

Hah, I don't care if someone wins multiple days but winning 2 hats and 2 WPE codes on the same day is unfair. Poor foresight. However, not surprising at all.

I'd be happy with a hat in the event the wpe option takes too long.

I got 2 wpe energy codes in my email, first one worked when I tried the second 1 it said ive used this type of wpe coupon to many times,

 

thought mabey I used the code I used before, so I used the other emailed code and said "this code has already been redeemed"

 

so I got 2 different rejection mails. figured hey if its not working cuz ive used the type of coupon to many times ill email the code to a friend and when they tried it on their account, on their computer. both codes turned up as "this code has already been redeemed" so I'm missing 500 wpe here cuz of these 2 different rejections

 

edit: my friend showed me a screen share of it rejecting the coupon, but now (10 minutes later) it shows they got the 500 wpe) why do you give me rejection uses x2, when they try, it rejected them, but still gives them the energy?

 

I wish I won hats instead of wpe codes. you guys took 2 weeks to release the codes after the hats. and then I have more issues to run into.

Important:

Users who are still having issues redeeming the prize coupons on their winning accounts to send a ticket to the Payment department, they will assist accordingly.

Do keep in mind that the staff may not be able to assist with cases of codes that have been given away. In future if the code is not working for some odd reason, please hold onto and contact the staff.

[1/22/2018 Edit] If you won a Pen Prize please check your registered email for instructions. It should be coming from a @warpportal.com or @playragnarok.com email address. It contains instructions on claiming your prize and alternative options if you don't want the pen.

maybe you should tell jelloshaker then. whenever I asked astra and jelloshaker on stream they said they'd bring it up with camp
