Correct, BMx3 is not available straight from the Cash Shop. However, there's a vending machine exchanger on Eden 2F:

 

 

320kp per BMx3 (8BM -> 4 HE BM -> 1 BMx3) is a terrible way to spend KP, though. Best bet is to poke around Ragial and the cash shop and figure out the best KP->zeny return and buy BMx3 from vendors. 

 

Here's a hint- if the next shadow quest is desirable, expect Silvervines to stay stable or go up even more.

Whats the point of having an EXP event when the cost of BMX3 is high and people are unable to afford it?

 

Should've bought BMX3 at 7-8m when the price was low, many ppls make mistakes not stocking up BMX3 for future use and this isnt WP's fault. In the worst case scenario though, you can always buy OCP boxes which usually come with 6 pcs of BMX3 as part of the item list. Sure chances are you aint getting these easily but you can get other items and maybe the OP items. At least, you will be paying money to WP and support this game, rather than the greedy sellers that you dont like.

I have two special petitions:
 
1.- Campitor says he will TRY to get Horror Toy Factory Card drops at the end of the year, we are two weeks before 2018.
2.- Campitor says he will give the studio another week to check into uniform cooldown script, that was 3 weeks ago? so can we get it back?.
 
Whats goin on with this two?

Ditto to what you said, I think it is time to give a proper response to the playerbase now. You cant just say something like this and expect ppls to forget about it in 2 weeks. We are all watching over it, and we are demanding an answer.

- less pay2win cash items or some way to earn those items via ingame means (I'm fine with one, both would be most amazing)

- Brasilis cards

- Moscovia, Faceworm and Sarah's Memory cards
- Excellion set

- Bounty Boards for Verus and Lasagna

- make it possible to get multiple 1h tickets instead of one 3h ticket for Sky Fortress if you have VIP

- alt + right click to switch items between inventory and storage fast

- clone vends and buy shops

- fix Costume Time Decor (this is bugged since it was released and requires an immense ammount so patience to obtain)

- Kagerou/Oboro clothing dyes

- Overweight limit increase (from 50% to 70%)

- Runestone changes
