Since early afternoon there has been a problem with the connection to the game for a good part of the Hispanic community (Chile, Colombia, Argentina, etc). For more than seven hours there has been a lot of issues, going from the launcher not loading properly to a black screen at the character selection window or even a constant shutdown of the game without any advice.

 

We have tried to send tickets but the support page hasn’t been loading correctly, making it really difficult to send them. 

 

Is there a problem with the game servers? Is a global problem or just something affecting us?. Thanks

thats weird, im from chile and with 2 other people we havent any kind of problems these days

maybe is your ISP, we use steam btw.

No meu caso,pesquisando em sites,descobri que foram causados por bugs no Windows 10 .Resolvi o problema seguindo estas instruções :https://answers.micr...96-323774f3b7d6
