"A Client file seems to be corrupted"

Everything works fine until when i select my Character. It just log me out and popped out a box says, "A Client file seems to be corrupted. Please re-start the game. If the problem persists, please re-install." I restarted the game and still the same thing so i re-install the game. In result is the same problem, nothing is fixed. 

Wish i could get help and maybe someone can send me missing files or patches.
