Its a random error... this seems to happen when there is a large quantity of players in a place or skills being used at once.
I got this issue when i tried to check the equipment of a random player in Libra once, there were alot of ppl there, and just as I clicked to check equipment, the game kicked me out.
I guess this issue was been reported, and hopefully we will have a positive answer in a patch fixing these in-game problems.. and not only adding new Item Mall items..
