Incubus I would say something like Alice Doll, is one of these Kafra dolls adding dmg to Demi-Human?
Otherwhise any +9 headgear, if you want to go for the best I guess it's Marionette Doll and Pirate Bandana.

Inc/Suc is best for leveling, but not as much for MvP; the total gain is just 10%.
