Is the Silver Coin drop removed already? I cant get one anymore after the January 1, 2018 daily reset.

Or you probably removed Silver Coins instead of Burned Cookies?

First of all: Happy New Year everyone!

 

Unfortunately I have the strong feeling that the former former producer (the one before Alteris) set the end-date of the silver coin drop to 2017/12/31 after I asked him in 2015 if we shouldn't keep the silver coins as a second in-game currency and he agreed. 

I honestly think that he might have thought this game would not run past 2017. 

 

I am glad that all of us proved him wrong. We are still here. Just the silver coin drop left us for the time being and I am going to catch it. Just kidding.

 

Sadly I need assistance in the office to extend the drop time and on new year day it's not very likely that I am able to catch someone. 

To be honest I am the same surprised that the drop turned off as you guys are. It was a bad new year surprise.

 

As soon as I can catch someone I will turn it back on setting the date to 2030/12/31. That should protect us from such "surprises" or I expect the next "silver coin is not dropping" topic on 2031/1/1 

 

I will update you when the silver coin drop is back.
