I noticed that in Low TI. The recruitment area is inside the dungeon.
But, in Mid TI. The players said, the recruitment area is Yuno.
How do people get these information?
Can someone please enlighten me?

Hi, Yuno has been popular for players in Mid TI range because of Nogg and Juperos, esp. when monsters in Mid TI is not good.
Well for me, I get these information based on experience since I myself level in different areas so...

it's just that most of the time, nogg road (magma dungeon) gives better exp then what's inside Mid TI
