How do i get this helmet? i can't find anywhere on forum about it, can you guys please tell me what itens i should use and where can i forge it?

 

Also, i'm planing to put it +10, and i have 0 experience with refining itens.. Someone said that the might hammer (or something) was working, how do i use him?

Well enriched event just ended (literally 29 mins after your post) so you're gonna have to wait for the next one if you wanna upgrade it to +10.

It might be quite a while before the next event since the previous one lasted for 3 weeks I think.
