5 mails same days, from zeny seller spammer

pretty soon  my RODEX will  like my yahoo  mail... too much junk mail and  ignore for all

I been having this issue today as well. It's kind of annoying since you can't block it far as I know. (Kind of a new player here) Although it's always a different name so doubt blocks would matter either way.

Got this matter too, Since they were not capable of get rid of the bots, seems kinda hard, at least including some verification code or something, the name verification is not enough, but bots are getting smarter everyday

I think we are all know what it is, and where did they get it, I think it's time for Gravity take action to remove them, since despite being open source the software always mean to ruin and hack ragnarok online game

The staff are aware of the issue, it may take more than just banning the throwaway accounts, such as fee requirement or level restriction.

We hope to see an official response about the situation soon.

I went to izlude today wtf got spammed to death(still going making sure we're ded), they didn't spam like this before.

 

Also the rodex spam please do something this is getting serious annoying if they keep doing this.

here is the solution
you know the maps infected so..
it is time to recruit a staff where have the power to ban jail those character novices/farmers every 24hrs of the day shifting and roaming non stop on infected every map. the duties are only that roaming non stop on infected mapsss.
well i see a GM roaming in eden Thor but i don't know what is he doing in there. sight seeing maybe?

even they can change IP, why not plan token in ragnarok.exe?  that way if RO find something that ban it, record this token in server, if the ban player change IP and send again, the token is still sending to server. Server will still remember this is a bad kid.

I sincerely doubt official ragexe is being used by spammers.

The best solution I've seen working to reduce botting from various online games

 

Making account creation much harder like for exemple require a phone number.

Legal action of the main bot source but and losing ragi.al but nobody want that.

Chat restriction with level requirement is also decent for spammer/mail but change the base of Ragnarok.
