Edit: Dunno why but my thread was posted empty even tho I wrote something in it.

 

I'm still a relatively new player and decided to play a priest as my first class. I'm now level 45 and the constant x-spamming is really exhausting. Which is why I'm thinking about rerolling another class.

 

So my question is: Which other classes can be considered an x-spamming class so I know which to avoid? I don't mind the occasional x-spamming as a filler, but I find the constant x-spamming as the main damage source really tiring.

Summoner, priest, and grenadier are xspam classes. Grenadier might be a special case maybe.

I wouldn't recommend just blowing them off though. Popcorn has implemented a xspam fast toggle button where all you need to do to actually hold x key for your character to spam x. This is on the skill window chain tab which can be toggled off and on i'd suggest toggling it on and off and seeing if it makes a difference for you.

Priests, grenadiers, and summoners all have skills besides just x spamming however most of the damage for summoners and priests comes from their x attack once the skill is activated. Grenadiers has other skills besides x spam and are a bit more versatile.

Oh I didn't know about the Fast X-Attack. Does it only work if you have Chain Combo activated? Because I have it deactivated(I used to play it back when there were no Chain Combos and I dislike them on the priest).

​Sentinels actually also xspam a lot in pvp once their target is immobilized, their xspam can pierce through targets to hit multiple targets per one arrow but isn't enchanted on damage like the other xspammers.

But like destroyers they don't have to rely on xspam and have many other skills to use. Just avoid summoner and invoker if you're afraid you will get bored

Well pretty much every class who are stacking attackspeed is a x-spam class.
