to 0 atk 0 matk and some lol hp/sp effect that even scutum is better than it.

the +30 atk matk for every 3 refine yo, so just +150 atk matk at +15

It's a sad, sad state of affairs. I always thought that a nice buff would be to make mado mechs use skills that are from equips/cards (magnum break from FLP?) but meh

However it a may be that a future update for the item improved the effect later. We will try to find out under what circumstances the original effect as delivered by kRO changed.

I'm still 50-50 about the Imperial gloves. The description says -2 seconds after cast delay for OB but it might still be cooldown  

 

Although i'm always a fan of VP/CS over OB anyway
