i'm using racial card to boost dmg for specific dungeon & 1pcs triple malicious scalp for switching.

Demi-human wise, Glorious weapons damage surpassed most of weapons combinations.

yes but this item came from the golden age(quick vend era,BD &BB booming in prontera era..etc..etc..) of ro.

buying items aimlessly & wasting item recklessly is not an issue in the past era.    :p_sad:(this item reminds me that era exist). 

 

anyway I jump ship this class after seeing this post. i dunno if iRO will have this kRO item (no katar version) .

Illusion Infiltrator [2]
Increase damage against demi-human monsters by 60%.
Def + 3, Flee + 5, Perfect Dodge + 2.
If refine rate is 9 of higher, additional Flee + 5, Perfect Dodge + 2.
If refine rate is 9 of higher, Atk + 5%.
Class : Katar
Attack : 200
Weight : 150
Weapon Level : 4
Required Level : 100
Usable Jobs : Assassin Cross classes

 

Wearing this axe you lose the cooldown reduction of Tornado Axe, so it doesn't seem that worthy (but probably kRO has a shadow set reducing AT cooldown already...)

kRO should change the way katar is worn.Most games has l/r hand for katar. This should make katar preferable than daggers. :p_devil:

Gonna ask a pretty stupid question here since I'm unable to find an answer. 

MA is consider melee or range? Its 5x5 AoE , same with RC and since RC is melee, its the same right?

What do you guys say for RC GX to use +7 Enforcer Shoe? Can at least +20% ATK and 20% bypass def as well as HP SP +20% too.

And, do people still learn Venom Impress, New Poison Creation, Poisonous Weapon, Venom Pressure and Poisonous Smoke? Because planning to get H. Walk and Dark Claw and Weapon Crush and Counte Clash for Enforcer Shoe, with these skills, couldn’t get the poison series...

if you dont pvp/woe, you won't need poison skills. 

 

new poison research can be lvl 5 tops

 

if you're still RC type, you can reduce weapon block to lvl 1 and put points in VI.

Errrr... I maxed out NPR for longer duration of EDP... yes, thinking about level 1.

Does Dark Claw backfire? I read somwhere as 150% more damage from foes too.

In priority, with Enforcer Shoe, I should go for Weapon Crush and Counter Slash first then Dark Claw and H. Walk, right?

I compared between +7 Enforcer Shoe and +9 Temp STR Boots BP FS7, 142 level, 119 STR, Counter Slash and Weapon Crush learnt and +9 Malicious Thanatos Katar [1], surprisingly, +9 Temp is just a little bit behind without BP proc (around 1k damage per RC).

 

By next level, I would be 120 STR, maybe 50 bonus ATK from +9 Temp would outweigh +7 Enforcer Shoe.

 

But also depend on level, ATK and weapon, I believe if I were using +10 and above Crimson Katar, +7 Enforcer Shoe would be best as its 20% ATK boost would be enlarged.

 

Did you guys test out?

It's heavily dependant on your target's defense as well, since enforcer shoes has some defense piercing mechanism.

 

The bonus ATK is greater felt on Thanatos simply due to the higher weapon attack compared to crimson katars.

 

Lastly, don't forget that Enforcer adds a ton of HP/SP!

the only thing dark claw can back fire is when you have a competition. because dark claw is a debuff. the monster will receive 150% more ALL incoming melee damage from any sources including other players. 

 

there's no draw back from dark claw aside from that

i already tested this using my +15 crimson katar on eggs

 

atk sources are:

@120 str

 

+15 Crimson Katar (225 + 85 eATK, 130 wATK)

+12 Wakwak HBP (30+ + 60 eATK)

spell shield (+150 eATK)

 

that 21+50+24 from +9 FS7 temporal str are just almost equal to 20% from enforcer. but enforcer is like 300-500 damage behind. proc BP and enforcer will be left in dust (in terms of damage)

 

increasing raw atk from other sources will improve enforcer damage e.g. giant protection (GS card), not to mention 20% pierce def from enforcer can boost damage

 

in conclusion, there is no BiS in footgear slot right now if you're not MA type. 

 

In priority, with Enforcer Shoe, I should go for Weapon Crush and Counter Slash first then Dark Claw and H. Walk, right?

 

in leveling, you should get weapon crush and counter slash since i think you won't be going for MVPs at early levels. by level 130, you can get level 5 enforcer shoes' pre-req skills maxed for MA to remove that 0.2s cast time and then go for dark claw at lvl 5. then after getting dark claw, go get hallucination walk. no need for NPR for now since you'll be leveling using MA+enforcer shoes

I tried all possible cast reduction set up:

+9enforcer shoes
Old bone circlet (ME lvl3)
Mob scarf
Sunglasses

Weapon Blocking lvl5
Weapon Crush lvl5
Counter Slash lvl5

0.3 fixed cast +105% variable cast

Still there is cast bar on casting MA

...Just kidding, as your variable cast reduction is over 100% a cast bar will show, it is a bug from the game.

Actually I tested it too well to verify and observe.

I staggerdly started with level 1 weapon blocking and then both weapon crush and counter slash at level 5.

Obviously I expect some minimal cast bar for this.

Next I made weapon blocking level 2. Cast bar is same as when weapon blocking is level 1. I did this increment up to level 5 weapon blocking. Same time of cast bar shows.
