Am i missing something? why are these gloves so expensive even though there is nothing great about them without the feather?

Because they're not very common from the OCP --  we'll eventually get the feather, and the prices will rise.

 

The price of the item is in part speculative.

Unfortunately that -2 sec. "after-cast" delay on OB is probably a wrong translation. I think it is still a -2 sec. "cooldown" which is irrelevant to our OB. We'll have to wait until we get Imperial Feather to test it. If it doesnt really -2 sec. "after-cast" delay on OB, then OB is just as weak as it is right now

Overbrand has a global skill delay of 2 seconds. Try it.

Imperial Glove should make it spammable.

In jRO it has a 2 second cool down, that is what that effect is supposed to be -- like the variable cast time of acid bomb and sapphire wrist.

Global skill delay is not cooldown

cooldown= time to use that specific skill again

iRO OB has no cooldown, but has delay.
jRO OB has no delay, but has 2.5s cooldown.

When we've geot the Imperial Feather, I think my two acc. will be Imperial Glove and BSG. That Im. Glove will be default and switch between BSG and Meg. If it's MvPing, BSG > Meg lol

Unfortunately, I'm not one of them and I honestly dont know. It'd make sense if Imperial feather will come in next box but WP being WP ... someone is going to skip Imperial Feather and leave the set incomplete hahaha
