hello there

 

I was trying to do FW Instance today, after gearing my ranger and speak 2 NPC, I open the Instance

 

as Usual I click the portal, and the message my character entering is being boardcasted in Dimensional Gap Area


but something messed up, when the broadcast message appear as I click the portal I didn't sent into the instance, YET I receive the cooldown timer

 

 

 

 

 

 

I can just wait till tmrw and try again but this issues is meh

I am concerned about the message "any work in progress (NPC dialog....", if you were getting this at the time of clicking on the instance portal then it indicates that a window (NPC window) is still somehow active and is not being closed correctly. It may be the issue here but I am not entirely sure.

If it's the case, it should resolve after 60 seconds. 

 

How long did you keep trying and if you attempted to relog the character?

May want to describe the steps taken before generating the instance such as if you opened Kafra or RODEX.

I think those any work npc dialog  are happen because when I can't get it, i keep clicking the portal,

 

I've try a few times and relogin, but since the game Logic use the quest log as parameter, I don't think I'll be able 2 Enter since I've got the cooldown timer when I first click the portal

 

not open rodex, and kafra too,

 

 

some instance also occur simillar problem sometimes, maybe should change the Cooldown quest, rather than given by  at enter but given on the instance right after character start walk? (Invis auto triggering dialog NPC maybe)

I suspect clicking too fast on the portal may cause the issue, try next time but at a slower pace and after the dungeon is properly created in the Memorial Dungeon window.

If the issue is occurring still with that in mind then please let us know.
