Can I get a change name for free? Some bot got one of my chars in a database and it's sending me Rodex Spam like 5 a day.. if I don't log that char for few hours my mailbox grows full.

And no, this is not the normal bot that Rodex u if it's find u in Prontera by luck, all my merch are in the same area in Prontera, but only this one is getting Rodex even when offline.

Name change will not help in this case.

The staff are looking further into the spam pattern as received on your character and will adjust the block at server's end.

Good. It seems like the new system is dealing with it well. Every so often we will have to update it but it is stopping all RODex spam.
