Wut? I remember testing this with no success   fake memories? maybe i tested but though it wasnt worth it, my bad. But yeah it works just tested now.

Yeah, thats it, its not worth it low lvl of steal its a miserable chance on a random trigger

It's a low chance of procing a skill that has a low success chance that will still depend on the mob drop table to ever steal something successfully. So you are looking at chances lesser than 1% at each attack to at least get something.

10% chance to perform level 1 steal, which has 10% success chance to steal something. So yeah, 1% chance or less to get an item lol. You can try this when heavily mobbed in TI i guess to maximize the use.
