I can not buy or sell anything because i don't know if the chaos server rollback continues.

 

Do you have any assurance that this will not happen? Because it's not worth buying warppoint if this happens again and you no be lucky again to find things in the box overseas XIV

just record your gameplay, screenshot the information after opening OCP, submit a ticket for loss item(with evidence) if it ever roll back.

but why not. maybe it's +200% exp/drop for you guys if it happens again

 I write this because I buy +9 evil arching hat without card = 250kk , sell enr.elu box 50(950KP) = 135kk, buy costume goggles = 25kk.

 

I don't know if my zeny rollback and my kp rollback too

The rollback is specific to 19th January and only covered worth of 2 hours of non saved gaming. You may read about the past announcement here.

There is no rollback for the date after so you should be fine.
