I've been trying to purchase WarpPortal Energy thru PayEasy-BPI Online Banking-Dragonpay option and somehow I am not receiving any payment instructions. I've already placed my request 3 times but no response or any instructions were given yet. I have already contacted Dragonpay support to check if maybe their service is currently down, but support tells me that all is well at their end. Can the admins confirm if the said option is working at the moment? Thanks!

It should be working at this time. What browser are you using? Do you get to the part where it tells you that it will send you instructions via email? There should be a confirmation that the email has been sent. Try to check your spam or junk folder.

I finally got through it somehow. I don't know maybe my connection does not want to cooperate with me earlier. Thanks for the prompt response!

Are you still having the issue?

Usually switching to another web browser resolves it, also clearing cache files and disabling adblock for a moment may help.
