after i select a character and about to play the client stops responding and shows a pop with only a close window option
i did check all already

You tried other resolution? And it's happened before with that resolution?

Sometimes when i try play full screen and max quality it's happen with me too.

tried every resolution both windowed and fullscreen.. nothing works

-Try different account ( making sure its not account related )

-Make sure all your drivers are updated

-Select compatibility mode in the properties & options, try something different.

-If none of the above solved anything try a re-install.
