Anyone already do this?
It is easy or hard?
I need to use pluto or not? Bcoz i saw at able that item mall is safe to refine without any degrade.
Can someone tell me the offhand def of this at +20 ?

Dreadsword +20 is about equal to a Sopdu +10. The only difference is DS has 15 ap and some aspd, while Sopdu has -aspd and 360 def.

 

It's not hard. But it's easier if you throw some purple powder or lisent HG at it. No, you don't need pluto.
