I'm able to choose a channel on the home screen after hitting the "play" button. I'm also able to choose my race, gender, and class, but I can't click the back and create character screen. The quit button is can be chosen, but is this happening to anyone else, can i fix the problem myself, or do i have to wait for Aeria to fix the problem?

you have to click the "Create Character" button that is between the "Back" and the "Quit" button.

 

also after choosing race, gender and class, choose Job, appearance and your Character name, for the "Create Character be avaliable
