I'm not sure if arrow showering there would be that good... but on my guild a bard lvled there to 99 by just spamming DS on the venatus... i do that too with my dancer haha!!
And for equips? Well u need a good bow like a +7 gakkung [2] with skele archers, that would be pretty good... and for the rest of the equipment, well it depends. I have a hunter too so i use her card set with my dancer...
But the basic equipment would be an amistr bag with raydric, archer figurines, tights and shoes.

Juperos sucks really hard solo for a single target killer who can't shred through something fast. arrow shower won't be enough for the venatu's as they will stun and blind you near constantly.
Juperos is best for parties with 1 knight >1 Leech set up imo. I've seen Assassin's and stuff solo, but in my experience Knights are simply too efficient there.
It sounds like cheesy advice, but it would actually be faster to just make a knight. grind it to 70 ish and then go to juperos and leech your Bard with the knight. Juperos will mess you up for a few levels, but you can spam potion/strawberries until you are strong enough to use less resources.
No matter what, the Knight will get you to 99 faster than any other way just because of how much they can kill. I also guarantee you that the time you save on the higher levels relative to the time invested in making a knight, gearing it, and getting it higher up is well worth it.
If you can't afford to make a Knight you can always try to find a party. I've seen a few with a bard/dancer at Jupe 1.
