So I was all excited for survivor set coming to IRO and looked through some JRO vids for it then I remembered you need cast delay to get full use out chain lightning    how much cast delay would be needed to get a similar spamability like these guys?

Its cast delay is 3 seconds here.

 

2 Kiels = 1.2 seconds

add +12 HWHB = 0.69 seconds

add Diabolus Robe = 0.39 seconds

add Expert Ring = 0.24 seconds

add +8 Skin of Gwiber = 0 seconds

 

Worth it? Not really.

Chain Lightning has 0 delay and 1s cooldown on jRO. The Surivival Shoes+ Survival Rod removes the 1s cooldown, making it basically Strings CL.

What are the chances of IRO survivor set getting cast delay reduction so we can spam too?

jRO items are made for jRO servers. We are not jRO. So we get them working as they would on jRO, but they don't mesh with our mechanics so the end result means that they won't do the same. And no, they will never be made to FIT our servers.
