Greetings Temperions!
With Aeternum in soft launch the time has come to gear up for new battlefield tournaments! Before we get the official tournaments underway we would like to take the opportunity to do a test run of the battlefields to get your feedback and improve upon the way tournaments are run! In the future, at least a week and half period will be allotted for sign ups.
Battlefield Test Date:
Monday February 09th at 11:00 AM PST (Streamed on Requiem: Murder Hour)
Tournament Style:
Single elimination team matches of five players on each team. Each team will also need to recruit a 6th standby player in the event a member from the main group is unable to participate. Each team must also designate a team leader.
Once teams have signed up they will be randomly sorted to compete with each other during our live broadcast on Monday February 15th at 11:00 AM PDT.
Players who are participating must be logged in and meet up at the Plaza of Tolerance by 10:00 AM PST on Monday February 12th in order to organize and check in with the CM/GM present. Any teams who have not completed check-ins by 10:45 AM PST will be removed from the tournament. First match will begin at 11:05 AM PST.
Team leaders will receive passwords for their battlefield before the match begins. It is the team leader’s responsibility to distribute this password to all team members. Any additional players who enter a battlefield that their team is not fighting on will be removed and subject to disqualification.
Players who want to participate may have their designated team leader sign up the team on the forums with the following format:

Please Note:
If a team does not have enough members they may still choose to compete at a disadvantage however the other team will not be expected to reduce their numbers.
If an entire team does not show the match is forfeit and the opposing team automatically wins.
Prizes:
For the test tournament we will only be distributing participation prizes for those who sign up and participate in the tournament. This means you do have to compete in at least one round to qualify.
Participation Prize: EXP 40% (1 Day) x1
Any players found to be using any form of Third Party Program will be immediately removed and the entire team will be disqualified. Additionally suspensions will be placed on characters found to be using 3rd party programs.
