A few days ago I logged in the game and instead of getting the 28 days Diamonds reward I got a guardian seal, I received all the previous diamonds rewards but not that one, the next day I got my zeny reward as normal, but I noticed that the daily rewards got back to the diamonds, then back to the guardian rewards, then back to the diamonds, I still have the guardian seal, but missed the diamonds.

if you miss login 1 day you will stop getting diamons but will still get the rewards automaticaly, once the month beging again the diamons are back unless you miss 1 day and you will get seals again till a new month start

 

if that not the case then hope someone help you

Nop, I didn't miss the daily log, that's the thing

If you login at different times of day, there's a chance you may have missed a day due to the server's timezone varying from your own.

 

Try to always login at the same time of day each day to minimise the risk of this happening.
