what kind of rune and from where can I slot ro 1 clothes like ninja male and barbarian female 1 slot since it doesn't say level?.

if the slot is grey any rune of str. int or agi +50 max (and vit till+10), if purple till +80

 

but you need a super puncher to open the slot, not the common. check the guides in the forum
